SHELTER FOR GIRLS VICTIMS OF VIOLENCE
The project "You can do it", in October 2002. was launched shelter for women victims of violence. The shelter has capacity for 8 to 10 girls who are victims of emotional, physical or sexual violence (trafficking, incest, prostitution, rape). The primary goal is to provide direct protection of women victims of violence. Designed for the Bosnian nationals aged between 12 and 18 years.

The girls provided the shelter is psychosocial rehabilitation (group and individual therapy), and re-socialization (continuing education programs and re-integration into social life).

In the period from 2002nd to 2016th year,there were 293 girls in the shelter.

The fact is that in Bosnia there is no institution that provides for this category of population, and that this is the only shelter for women in Bosnia. Partnership and collaboration: Office of the State Coordinator for Combating Trafficking in Persons, Ministry of Human Rights Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, SIPA. Donors: The Cantonal Ministry of Labour, Social Policy, Displaced Persons and Refugees of Sarajevo and the Ministry for Human Rights and Refugees of BiH Council of Ministers.
